Ramiro Martinez-Quintanilla

Guitar teacher, Electric bass Rico, Author and composer.

He has had a professional relationship with music since the '80s. his formation
is self-taught, despite having studied at the Royal Conservatory of
Madrid for six years, since there are no specific study programs on
modern music his learning was based on a broad knowledge of music theory, harmony and
classical guitar to which he was adding everything that interested him from the different fields of
music, based on attending courses with teachers chosen by him and masterclasses,
seminars and clinics that he considered important for his training, applying it to the
guitar and electric bass.
He recorded his first album in 1981 and this allowed him to come into contact with the world of music.
professional music and for fifteen years tours, concerts and recordings, among
others, with Los Pistones, Tacones and Lejos de Alli, Gonzalo and Iván García Pelayo, Teddy
Bautista, Tino Casal and Augusto Algueró Jr.
Starting in '98, he traveled to Boston for two summers and was able to homologate part of his training
doing a series of subjects that led him to complete the masters he did in
the Berklee College of Music and Berkleeonline, in Songwriting, Guitar and Electric Bass and
specialize in online teaching.
Later in 2009 he obtained the "RSL Licentiate Music Teaching", a degree that
accredited as an official modern music teacher specializing in the programming of
Rockschool teaching and the Master's Degree in Literature from the University
Valencia International.
